Jean-Marie Van Exem
Mr. Jean-Marie Van Exem received his law degree from the University of Antwerp. Over the years, he specialised in criminal and liability law.
Almost every day, he appears before the courts throughout the country. He pleads in both Dutch and French. Mr. Van Exem loves pleading, whether it concerns a mediated criminal trial or a case before the police court.
Jean-Marie Van Exem is particularly at home in the gambling sector, where, among other things, he advises one of the largest professional associations. He gladly assists vending machine dealers, operators, pub owners, gaming halls, professional associations and manufacturers in this regard.
This is done primarily by providing advice and drafting agreements, but also by assisting with licence applications, conducting administrative proceedings before the Gaming Commission or the Council of State, or conducting legal proceedings before the courts.
