Ellen Cortois
Mr. Ellen Cortois joined our firm in February 2022, and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since March 2022.
Mr. Cortois graduated with distinction in February 2022 as a Master of Laws at the Free University of Brussels (VUB).
Due to a keen interest in the ins and outs of companies, she chose in her Master's programme to specialise in economic law. She also developed a particular interest in contract law in the broad sense.
Through numerous internships, she gained particular experience in company law, business law and real estate law.
At our firm, she strengthens the practice areas ‘Companies’ and ‘M&A’ (mergers & acquisitions) under the guidance of Mr. Ignace Kroos and Mr. Frederik Van Overtveldt.
