Lawyer of counsel
Marc Van Raemdonck
Mr. Marc Van Raemdonck has been part of Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven as a Lawyer of Counsel since October 2020.
Mr. Van Raemdonck graduated from the University of Antwerp in 1979 as Master of Laws. He then continued his studies in tax and accountancy law. He also followed several courses on construction law and regularly gave seminars on construction law.
Marc Van Raemdonck joined the Antwerp Bar in 1980 and founded the law firm VARLAW, which is now integrated in Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven.
As a lawyer, he is mainly active in construction law, corporate law and insolvency law. His focus is on the various disciplines in construction, both public and private, as well as commercial transactions involving real estate, M&A and distribution law (franchise). Both nationally and internationally, he was and is active as a second opinion in transactions where he assists the management and ‘legal department’.
Since 1997, he has been included in the list of trustees of the Commercial Court of Antwerp, Antwerp Division.
