Michiel Meskens
Mr. Michiel Meskens joined the firm in December 2021 and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since that date.
Mr. Meskens graduated as a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Leuven in June 2021.
During his master studies, he pursued a major in Economic Law, where he developed a strong interest in corporate law. He followed his minor in International and European law. He completed several internships in these matters during his studies in renowned law firms and at the FPS Economy.
In collaboration with Mr. Kristiaan Caluwaerts and Mr. Federico Wuyts, he mainly handles cases in corporate law, insolvency law and intellectual property law. For this reason, he strengthens the practice areas ‘Companies’ and ‘Insolvency & restructuring’.
