Stephanie Moras
Mr. Stephanie Moras has been a partner at Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven since 2019 and has been relentlessly active in the field of public procurement since her internship.
Mr. Moras assists designers as well as contractors and contracting authorities both for advice and in the context of dispute resolution.
Together with Prof. Dr. Kristof Uytterhoeven, she heads the firm's public procurement team. She also handles cases in the field of real estate and construction law and has a special interest in insurance and liability law.
Stephanie Moras studied law at the University of Antwerp. In June 2011, she graduated as Master of Laws with distinction. She joined our firm in September 2011 and has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since then.
Stephanie Moras is also the author of several academic publications on public procurement and is regularly invited to speak at conferences and (in-house) seminars. These academic engagements allow her to react quickly to the most recent and important evolutions in public procurement law. She is also a member of the Belgian Construction Law Association.
