Noëmi Callaert
Since 2014, Mr. Noëmi Callaert has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar and part of the Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven team. After years of successful cooperation, she was appointed partner of the firm in 2023.
Mr. Callaert specialises in company law and corporate acquisitions. Over the years, she has assisted numerous national and international clients throughout the entire process of a corporate acquisition, as well as with various other company law issues, ranging from assistance with corporate governance and corporate housekeeping, to restructurings, directors' liability and disputes between the various corporate actors.
Thanks to her built-up expertise in private M&A and corporate and company law, she co-leads the practice areas ‘M&A’ and ‘Companies’ within our firm.
Besides being a partner at Caluwaerts Uytterhoeven, Noëmi Callaert is also co-chair of Link 26. The network organisation Link 26 facilitates interaction between local entrepreneurs, business leaders and executives of companies from Berchem and the surrounding area.
Noëmi Callaert obtained her Master of Laws degree from KU Leuven in 2013. Afterwards, she specialised in company law at the Hogeschool-Universiteit Brussel, where she obtained the Master after Master in Company Law in 2014.
She regularly lectures and writes publications on various legal topics.
